Acapella Made in Israel

After over a decade of performing across Israel and abroad, and a moment before the launch of the first original album, the leading Acapella Group in Israel presents the concert “Made in Israel”, which will take you on a rich and nostalgic musical tour, using nothing but their voices. The Quinta and a Half singers will perform original interpretations to well known songs by Arik Einstein, Mati Caspi, Shlomo Artzi, Static and Ben-El and more – all all without a single instrument.

About the group: Quinta and a Half is a vocal group composed of six singers, together performing Acapella Music (without musical instruments). For over a decade, Quinta and a Half are redefining the boundaries of the human voice, in a show that keeps on taking the audiences by awe. The combination of their voices and their original takes on the songs create a unique Israeli sound felt in each of the songs, providing the audience with a rich and unique experience. Quinta and a Half were founded in 2006 as part of the Hight School Music Class in the Katzanelson High School in Kfar Saba, by the group’s founder, Doron Ben Ami. Since its foundation, Quinta and a Half won both national and international recognition, and today is considered one of the leading vocal groups in Israel. Through the years of its operation, the group appeared and many festivals both in Israel and around the world, in official ceremonies and t.v shows. In recent years, Quinta and a Half cooperated musically with Israel’s leading artists, amongst them: Nurit Galron, Guri Alfi, Avi Grainik, Elai Butner, Yaldei HaHutz and more. The secret of their success is the true friendship between the group members, and their love to music.
